Our team provides litigation support at all phases of cross-border custody disputes to prevent the unlawful parental abduction of a child in both Hague and non-Hague countries. 

We help families design parenting plans that cover cross-border challenges, are mutually beneficial to both parents and reflect the best interest of the child.  We work to ensure our child custody and support agreements are enforceable nationally and internationally between Hague countries.

We also specialize in designing and implementing training programs to create awareness and prevent international parental child abduction.
