Working for the global family means being able to work across borders and time constraints. Wherever you may be, we have the tools to collaborate across borders, without always being face-to-face. Our focus is to craft the best solution. Whether web conferencing for a mediation or training through e-learning, our network integrates simple elements to create the best working environment.
We love to learn and aspire to be the best in class. We achieve this by inspiring and designing new training courses and ensuring our mediators are kept abreast of the latest developments. We listen to our clients and our peers to create the best setting for cooperation and success, including designing online programs.
We come from a plethora of diverse backgrounds, cultures, educations, ethnicities, languages and religions, and incorporate our mutual respect of each other and our ways into our company culture. We work with clients in situations and methods that are comfortable to them – including tribal negotiations and other non-typical western processes. And we are always happy to experience and learn new methods to ease and encourage the process for our clients.
