Because inter-cultural and cross-border family conflicts present unique challenges, our team of conflict resolution specialists is trained in multiple methods of mediation, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.  We value the role religious, tribal, and community leaders play in resolving conflicts around the globe, and when appropriate, we work collaboratively with these leaders on behalf of families in conflict.  We focus on using conflict resolution methods and techniques that meet the cultural and philosophical needs of the families we serve.  In addition to typical western conflict resolution approaches, our mediators are trained in narrative mediation, as well as sulha.
